the room was spacious and well-maintained, with a comfortable bed. the bathroom was clean and in good condition. the restaurant on the second floor had delicious food at a higher price point than the basic ground floor option. Service was friendly, with a staff that tried their best to assist despite often minimal language skills.
The breakfast options were limited, without sweet pastries or hot drinks.

I had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location, particularly the restaurants, was a highlight for me. The ground floor restaurant offered a unique experience with a variety of fresh fish to choose from the aquarium. The second-floor restaurant, although a bit pricier, was worth it for its higher standard and delicious cuisine. The service was impeccable, with 24-hour room service and a friendly bell staff/porter always ready to assist. I also appreciated the convenience of package/parcel services and the assurance of having a dietician and doctor on call. The room amenities were top-notch, including ironing facilities, air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a sitting area for added comfort. The free Wi-Fi in the rooms was a bonus, allowing me to stay connected during my stay.
Highly recommended for families.

I really enjoyed my stay at this hotel. The cleanliness was fantastic, with my room being cleaned daily to a high standard. The hotel facilities were also great, especially the two restaurants on the premises. The second-floor restaurant was definitely a highlight, with delicious food and a lovely atmosphere. Additionally, the staff were friendly and always willing to help out.
Nothing to dislike.

The room was spacious and clean. the staff were friendly and helpful with basic English. the location was convenient to nearby shops and restaurants.
The breakfast was limited to noodle and fried rice with no variety of sweet options or hot drinks, and the building appeared outdated. Some guests encountered air conditioning and cockroach issues.

Had a great weekend at this 4-star hotel in China. The room was spacious and clean, with a firm bed that made for a comfortable night's sleep. The hotel has two restaurants, one offering fish from their aquarium and the other at a higher price point but with great food options. The staff were friendly and helpful, making our stay enjoyable.
The hotel could improve on cleanliness standards around the food preparation area, especially for European guests. some of the staff had limited English skills, making communication difficult at times.
